Legal Consultant In charge of legal advisory 

Graduated in Law, he obtained his Ph.D. in Common Property Law and the Enrollment for the Exercise of Forensic Profession. He initially studied Civil Law, publishing many essays and performing teaching activities at the University of Naples 'Federico II'. He currently teaches Administrative Law and State accounting (in the field of public procurement), combining daily professional experience with academic studies.
He has been working with Central Public Administrations (Ministry of Economy and Finance, Public Contracts Authority, Ministry of Justice) since 2007 and currently is a manager of the Ministry of Defense, in charge of IT and Advanced Technologies.
